Indication
Developed to perform the pre-cleaning and processing of forage and legume seeds. Equipped with alternating sieve system, clod breaker, ventilation, and reservoir to optimize work in conjunction with harvesters in the field. The Pre-Cleaning Sieve PPL 6000 can be used in the field or installed in sheds, powered by the tractor's power take-off or electric motor, ensuring greater agility and quality in your product, facilitating its commercialization.

Bagging chute
Bagging system with dual function, after the seeds have been processed, they will be transported by the helical screw and conveyor chain assembly, and can be bagged in bags or sacks.
Conveyor drive
The activation of the cross conveyor belt is achieved through a gearbox and roller chain, providing continuous movements with high torque. The motor gear is equipped with a safety device, a "fuse-type" mechanism, to protect against failures of the conveyor belt.
Worm screw
The lateral helical screw serves to direct the soil coming from the sieves to a point away from the equipment, and can be directed at various working angles.
Integrated drive
Motion transmission is achieved through V-belts and roller chains, compacted in an easily accessible location and protected by a safety panel, aiming to comply with safety standards.
Ventilation system
Ventilation column and straight-blade centrifugal fan, suction power over the seeds controlled by varying the rotation of the centrifugal fan, manually adjustable.
Conveyor belt
On steel crossbars with a width of 800 mm, ensuring uniform distribution over the sieves. Bucket with internal dividing plates, assisting in controlling the discharge flow of the seeds. Guillotine-type gate controls the seed flow at the bucket outlet.
General drive
The drive system can be through the tractor power take-off or an electric motor. The movement of the sieve assembly is achieved through vibration caused by the rotation of an eccentric shaft, activated by an angular gearbox and V-belt pulleys.
